We have successfully completed a £2 million mechanical and HVAC installation project at 21 Sackville Street, delivering a full upgrade of building services across the site.

These works were delivered as part of a wider building services upgrade, improving system performance, energy efficiency, and long term reliability across both residential and commercial areas.
Scope of Works
- Installation of a new basement shower block
- VRF air conditioning systems and sanitaryware within two residential apartments
- New booster set and water tank for improved water distribution
- Replacement of fan coil units (FCUs) and ventilation systems across four floors
- Installation of a new air handling unit (AHU)
- Installation of an air source heat pump (ASHP) for energy efficient heating and cooling
- Construction of a new plant room and GRP enclosure to house mechanical equipment
