Experience and Approach
We manage the full mechanical scope on commercial projects, covering design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover documentation. Our teams are experienced in coordinating with the wider project team, including principal contractors, structural engineers, and fit-out trades.
Where projects are carried out in live occupied buildings, we apply careful phasing and sequencing to maintain normal building operation. This approach has been applied across several of our projects, including multi-floor building upgrades delivered while tenants remained in the building.
Our mechanical engineering work extends to EPC compliance upgrades, capital plant replacements, and building services refurbishments designed to improve long term system performance and energy efficiency.
