We are currently nearing completion of a mechanical fit-out project, delivering a full upgrade of key HVAC and building services systems.
These works form part of a wider building services upgrade, designed to improve system performance, efficiency, and long term reliability.
Scope of Works
- Installation of 24 new fan coil units (FCUs)
- Full replacement of LTHW and chilled water pipework
- Installation of new primary and secondary ductwork
- New perimeter linear slot grilles and service tile diffusers
- Upgraded building management system (BMS) controllers and controls
