Project Overview
We are currently delivering works at 20 Gresham Street, covering four floors of the building.
The scope of works includes the replacement and installation of key building services systems, including fan coil units (FCUs), constant air volume (CAV) units, and supply air volume (SAV) units, along with associated distribution pipework and grilles.
Additional works include the installation of a new building management system (BMS), replacement water heaters, and new pipework to serve tea points and kitchen areas. The project also incorporates water treatment, full system commissioning, and the installation of a new leak detection system.
