Project Overview
We are currently nearing completion of a Cat A mechanical fit-out and building services upgrade at Smithson Plaza in St James, delivered within a live commercial environment.
These works have been carefully designed and phased to maintain building operation throughout, while supporting improved energy performance and compliance with EPC requirements.
The project includes a comprehensive upgrade of key mechanical and building services systems:

- Mechanical Cat A fit-out across three floors
- Capital plant replacement to improve system efficiency and resilience
- Full riser replacement to meet modern building standards
